Distributor Finance Partner

Objetive:

Develop relationships with the Distributor Commercial Partners (DCP’s) to support the invoicing process and offer a comprehensive customer service in a timely manner that ensures the AZ goal achievement. Assure that AZ distributors accomplish the key performance indicators (KPI’s) according our policies and the contractual relationship between us.

Funtions:

  • Monitor and continue improvement the sales invoicing process with Genpact of sales orders, credit notes, DMS volume reposition orders, in both private and public sector.
  • Support distributors management framework implementation, beginning with the new contract negotiation and signing, continue with KPI’s agreement and finally, assure new contracts compliance.
  • Develop relationships with key finance people in the distributors that will facilitate reach our mutual needs and accomplish AZ KPI’s.  
  • Work together with Distributor Commercial Partners (DCP’s) and become their key finance support and finance partner.
  • Monitor Commercial Policy fulfilment.
  • Validate activities that the distributors implemented, validated and together with DCP’s, reconciled and recorded.
  • Validate that all discounts are approved or loaded in the Finance system, which to minimize deviations from controls.
  • Commercial and Finance ad hoc requirements according to the position.

Requiriments:

Essential

Bachelor’s degree or Licenciatura in Business Administration or Finance 3+ of relevant experience Analytical Skills: Strong ability to manipulate and analyze data to identify trends and projections. Communication Skills: able to communicate commercial insights/trends/numerical data to internal and external stakeholders effectively.

Desirable

High Excel level

Data base analytics skills

Spanish and English spoken (High level)
